How it all started

We had been shooting at the Rockpile Range for years when it was abruptly closed by the County of Riverside, for code violations. I know, right? Code violations? Out in the middle of nowhere? Oh yeah...
So a group of businessmen decided to try and purchase the range and re-open it. Our County Supervisor couldn't help, as it was out of his district, but another range was... the Perris Range...
And so began my quest to re-open it....
